(please read below prior to booking)

Q - How can I book a table?

A - All reservations must be made online. Click on the button at the bottom of this page. We allow for bookings 2 months in advance. Once your reservation has been made you will receive a notification via email and or SMS.

Q - Can I make a reservation for large groups?

A - We have updated our policy to allow up to groups of 6 online. Please note, we have a limited section available nightly. GROUPS OF 5+ ARE SUBJECT TO AUTO-GRATUITY (20%) and seat times are restricted to 5PM, 7PM, 9 PM.  For groups of 7+, please email us at info@songyvr.com or call during service hours and we will provide availability options and details. We suggest a min of 1 week in advance booking for larger parties. 

Q - What time is someone there if I would like to speak to someone?

A - The best time to call the restaurant is during service hours. You may try us as early as 4:30PM. We are closed on Tuesdays.

Q - Why do you need my credit card?

A - A credit card is required to secure reservations. There will be a charge of $25/per person (this includes children) should you cancel less than 24hrs from your reservation time or in an event of a NO-SHOW. This is not a deposit.

NOTE: Our sister restaurant "Kin Kao - Commercial Dr" is a different restaurant, if you go to the wrong location, you are STILL responsible for your booking with us.

Q- How long are seat times?

A - To ensure the viability of our small business, we have limits of 1 hr 45 mins for parties of 2 and 2 hrs for parties of 3+. If you wish to have more time, please make your request when you check in with the host, we are happy to do so if time allows. If you are running late for your reservation, our grace period is 10 mins before releasing your seat which you will still be responsible for. Ensure you plan ahead and consider traffic, parking and weather.

Q- What if I want to cancel/make modifications to my reservation?

A - You have up to 24 hours from the time of your reservation to make changes or cancel. Within 24 hours, there will be a $25/ seat charge. If your party size changes, you must notify us to avoid this fee. Without prior notice, we will unlikely be able to accommodate extra seats. You can cancel your reservation anytime outside our 24HR policy — calls are answered during service hours only.

Q- Can I emailed to cancel my reservation?

A - We are happy to cancel for you but we prefer you manage your own reservation online. This can be done up to 24 hrs from your reservation time. If you contacted us to cancel via inside the 24 hour policy, we will simply cancel for you,, however, you will be charged $25/cover as per our policy.
